SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping

We currently offer shipping to the US. We are happy to offer free shipping for orders of $100 or more.

All orders are processed and shipped within 3 days of receiving your order. Once your items have shipped, your package will arrive within 5-10 days via USPS. Please note that any orders placed after 4pm on Friday will ship out the following Monday. We are unable to process orders on weekends and holidays.

In the incident that your package is marked as delivered but not received, arrive late, or marked as undeliverable by USPS, please contact USPS and provide your tracking number for assistance. We are not liable for packages once they have been dispatched.

Returns

We gladly accept unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the original packaging. 

Any dirt, sweat, odor, deodorant stains, or marks of any kind will void the item from being returnable.

Once your return is received, we will inspect the items within 3 days and contact you if your return is approved or denied. If approved, your payment will automatically be refunded to your original method of payment and will appear in your account within 5-10 days. If your return is denied, we will reship the order back to you. 

Sale items and water bottles are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
